Job Description
As a Telemarketer/Appointment Setter, you will be instrumental in driving business growth by:
* Sourcing New Sales Opportunities: Conducting outbound calls to various businesses to identify potential leads and gather valuable business information.
* Building Relationships: Establishing connections and identifying key influences for follow-up through soft marketing strategies.
* Managing Leads: Ensuring all potential leads are documented, enabling the Account Manager or BDM to have a comprehensive understanding of each lead's details.
* Re-engaging Past Customers: Reconnecting with existing and former customers to revive opportunities.
* Collaborating with the Team: Working closely with the Business Development team to craft targeted approaches for engaging potential clients.
* Quality Focus: Making approximately 60 calls a day with an emphasis on finding the right contact and gathering meaningful data. Your role is more about strategic insight than just numbers-dig deep and help the buisness make informed decisions.
The Successful Applicant
What We're Looking For:
* Experience: Proven background in telemarketing, lead generation, or sales is essential. Exposure to the facilities industry is highly desirable however we are open to speaking with graduates looking to build a career.
* Relationship Building: Ability to develop relationships and gather valuable information.
* Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities.
* Autonomous Work: Capacity to work independently and manage your own work flow efficiently.
