Customer Insights Research Manager | 7 Month Contract $850 - $1150 p/d + super 7 Month Contract Parramatta/Hybrid Are you a skilled and experienced market researcher with a passion for driving meaningful insights?Do you thrive in a dynamic environment, leading high-impact projects from concept to delivery?We are seeking a Customer Insights Research Manager to manage a significant, customised market research project for the NSW Government.Key accountabilities include: As the Customer Insights Research Manager, you will spearhead the design, setup, and delivery of a large-scale market research project, collaborating with both internal and external stakeholders across various levels of government.You will lead the end-to-end project delivery, ensuring alignment with business needs and driving actionable insights.This includes advising executives, coordinating stakeholder workshops, overseeing survey and questionnaire design, and managing the data analysis and reporting process.Your role will require you to apply best practice project management principles to ensure efficiency, monitor progress, and deliver high-quality outputs within set timelines.Lead and manage the end-to-end delivery of a customised market research project, ensuring it meets the business requirements of NSW Government.Advise executive leadership on the engagement of a quantitative market research provider.Consult with stakeholders to define project scope, desired outcomes, and engagement strategies.Oversee the design of surveys and questionnaires, ensuring they align with the research objectives.Supervise vendors' data analysis, insights development, and reporting to ensure insights are actionable and aligned with project goals.Develop and present comprehensive insights reports and presentations to both internal and external stakeholders, synthesising multiple data sets (including major surveys) to provide clear, compelling insights and recommendations.Lead the development and implementation of best practice project management strategies, ensuring efficient use of resources, on-time delivery, and consistent project progress tracking.Set deadlines, assign responsibilities, and ensure timely delivery of key milestones.About You 7+ years' experience in customer research, insights, or a similar research-focused role (agency or client-side).Strong experience in quantitative market research with a solid understanding of attitudes and behaviour change research methods, techniques, and tools.Familiarity with qualitative research methods is an advantage.Proven track record of successfully managing complex, multi-stakeholder projects and building strong stakeholder relationships.Excellent communication, presentation, and reporting skills, with the ability to convey complex data insights in a clear and actionable format.Strong project management skills, with the ability to lead teams, allocate resources effectively, and meet tight deadlines.Benefits of contracting through Ashdown People 5th largest supplier to the NSW Government Get paid weekly Rated 4.9/5 on Google Reviews with over 1000 5* reviews for candidate feedback this year Offer Insurances for ABN Contractors Consistent communication & transparency Detailed onboarding & support
