Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Designer to join our Urban Development team in Brisbane. In this role, you will contribute to the delivery of high-quality designs across a variety of exciting projects, helping to shape urban environments in the region. While your focus will be on design, you’ll also have the opportunity to share your knowledge and provide guidance to junior designers and drafters as they develop their skills.
This role offers an excellent opportunity for someone looking to take the next step in their career and work on fresh, challenging projects. The ideal candidate will have approximately 5 years of experience in engineering, but we are also open to considering more junior designers who are eager to gain valuable experience and grow their careers with us. Our team is composed of experienced professionals who are excellent mentors, dedicated to guiding and supporting new talent as they develop their skills and advance in their careers.
Qualifications
An advanced Diploma in Civil Engineering or other relevant qualifications
Chartered Engineers / Registered Professional Engineer of Queensland is desired but not essential
5+ years’ experience working in Urban Development
Advanced abilities with the use of 12D and CAD systems
Strong organisational and interpersonal skills
Ability to work autonomously and within a team environment
