About your role:
* Provide expert leadership and management to build and maintain a high functioning, high performing team through positive role-modelling behaviours and attitudes, highly developed communication and interpersonal skills including consultation, liaison, negotiation and conflict resolution.
* Lead and encourage the Nursing and Midwifery team to achieve the strategic and operational goals and key performance indicators within a positive culturally mature workplace.
* Lead the strategic advice, coordination and development of policy, regulation and guidelines for professional nursing and midwifery programs and initiatives that directly support the successful achievements of the MHAOD Service.
