About the Role
The Civil Engineer will be based out of {company}'s Melbourne office, responsible for designing and developing preliminary layouts for access roads and crane pads for wind farms, with a focus on optimizing balance of plant.
* Conduct site visits to assess and validate design requirements;
* Provide technical support to clients, subcontractors, and project stakeholders;
* Collaborate with internal management and teams to offer technical expertise;
* Review geotechnical data and contribute to foundation pre-design requirements.
Requirements:
* Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering;
* Experience in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and GIS;
* Wind Farm experience;
* Familiarity with wind turbine foundation standards, seismic analysis, and concrete standards;
* Vast knowledge of topographic, hydrological, hydraulic, and geotechnical studies.
