You will work with teachers and teacher aides and their students across the Distance Education school program in a range of different ways.You could be attending small group sessions online, working with students to set their own goals, planning with specialist teachers and teacher aides or collaborating with home supervisors and other professionals. Your key focus will be collaboration, support and consultation with the diverse range of families from across Queensland who access our Distance Education program. The position would best suit an experienced practitioner with a confident and empathetic communication style. The role will include an element of reporting, including preparing and maintaining assessment, observation, meeting and progress records as required.This is a Fixed-term part-time position available until late October 2025. To begin with you will be working one full and regular day per week - we are open to what day this is. As our Distance Education program grows and expands, we expect the days/hours will increase to support this growth.
