Key Responsibilities
1. Create and maintain member accounts for accumulation and pension, including sending welcome packs.
2. Respond promptly and accurately to emails and calls from members, advisers, employers, trustees, and promoters, delivering high-quality service.
3. Process rollovers and benefit payment requests, ensuring compliance with trustee requirements and conditions of release.
4. Handle insurance applications, claims, and commission payments for members/advisers.
