Job Description Financial Forecasting: The position requires experience in overseeing financial forecasting, particularly within a systems environment. If you've worked with 3PCM Unifier, this is a strong plus. Data Quality Monitoring: You'll need to monitor projects for data accuracy and make adjustments when necessary within specified deadlines. Accrual Accounting: An understanding of accrual accounting is essential, and you'll be expected to create and apply accrual journals. Experience with SAP would be highly beneficial. Project Scheduling: Scheduling projects using Primavera P6 according to a defined monthly reporting cycle. Reporting: You'll regularly collate and report on program/project performance and financials using SAP and BI reporting tools. Business Process Support: Assisting project managers with Unifier processes like Program Change Requests, Value of Work Completed/Monthly Accruals, and Cash Flow predictions. The Successful Applicant Other Requirements: You'll need a Class C driver's license and a criminal history screening. Skills and Tools Highlight: 3PCM Unifier and Primavera P6 for project scheduling.
