The ideal candidate will serve as the first point of contact for students, and educators, providing comprehensive support for all inquiries related to our educational services and programs. This is a contract role, three days per week for 4 hours per day. ROLE Serve as the primary point of contact for student inquiries and support requests. Provide accurate information regarding educational programs, admissions procedures, and services offered. Handle and resolve customer concerns with a focus on service excellence. Participate in outreach initiatives to promote educational programs and services. YOU Tertiary qualifications in education, Communications, or a related field. Proven experience in customer service, preferably within an educational setting. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
