The Role
We are currently seeking Level 1 and Level 2 Registered Nurses for full-time and part-time positions in the ICU /CCU and HDU departments. This is an opportunity to join a supportive, innovative team with strong leadership and a commitment to safety and quality care.
As a Registered Nurse in our client's ICU/CCU/HDU, your responsibilities will include:
* Conducting detailed clinical assessments for critically ill patients
* Developing and implementing comprehensive, patient-centered care plans
* Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to deliver exceptional care
* Adhering to national healthcare standards and ensuring optimal patient outcomes
About You
To thrive in this role, you will:
* Be registered with AHPRA
* Have am minimum of 5 years experience in ICU/CCU/HDU and the ability work across all three specalties
* Hold current Ventilator Competency and Advanced Life Support
* Be flexible and available to work across rotational rosters
* Be comfortable using digital health systems and supporting Canberra's health sector transformation
* Be committed to continuous professional development
* Pass a National Police Check
