About the Role
The Assistant Manager will play a key role in supporting the Store Manager to ensure the smooth running of the store. The focus will be on delivering exceptional customer experiences, achieving sales targets and inspiring the team to reach their full potential.
Key Responsibilities
* Support the Store Manager in all aspects of store operations, including sales performance and team development.
* Deliver personalised consultative service to customers, helping them find the perfect fit and style.
* Assist in managing inventory, visual merchandising and store presentation.
* Motivate and mentor team members, fostering a positive and high-performing team culture.
* Contribute to achieving sales targets and KPIs, ensuring the store meets and exceeds expectations.
Requirements
* Proven experience in retail, preferably in menswear or a similar customer-focused environment.
* Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and support the team.
