About the role
We are currently looking for a dynamic, detail-oriented, and highly motivated Data Administrator to join our team. Our ideal candidate will have a background in data management and processing with a keen eye for detail and a passion for optimizing workflows, though a strong administration background will be considered also.
This is a permanent hybrid position, with flexibility to work from our new offices in Osborne Park and work from home.

Key Responsibilities
1. Invoice processing, including the creation, correction, and reconciliation of a high volume of purchase orders.
2. Support reporting, including compliance reporting and end of month reporting.
3. Assisting with General invoice enquiries.
4. Collaborate with various departments to understand their data needs and provide timely solutions.
5. Monitor data processing performance and implement improvements as needed.
6. Ensure compliance with data governance policies and industry regulations.
7. Generate reports and visualizations to support data-driven decision-making.
8. Verify price files to determine credits to be requested from vendors.
9. Initiate and manage credit claims.
Knowledge And Experience
1. Some experience in using Enterprise Resource Planning program such as JDE desirable.
2. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail and accuracy.
3. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
4. Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.
5. Problem-solving skills and the ability to prioritize.
6. The ability to work individually and as part of a team.
7. Resource or mining accommodation experience desirable but not essential.
