Join our thriving team as an Insurance Broker - Account Manager at Grace Insurance. In this full-time role based in Joondalup, WA, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and strategic insurance solutions to our valued clients. As a key member of our Brokerage team, you will play a vital role in achieving our company's goals and contributing to our continued growth.
What you'll be doing Manage a portfolio of commercial insurance accounts, including renewals, policy amendments, and claims management. Proactively engage with clients to understand their insurance needs and provide tailored solutions. Negotiate with insurers to secure the most competitive premiums and coverage for clients. Prepare and present insurance proposals and policy documentation. Maintain detailed client records and ensure compliance with all relevant regulations. Provide exceptional customer service and build lasting relationships with clients. Collaborate with the wider Brokerage team to share best practices and drive continuous improvement. What we're looking for Minimum 3 years' experience as an Insurance Broker or Account Manager in the Brokerage industry. Proven track record of successfully managing a portfolio of commercial insurance clients. Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to articulate complex insurance concepts to clients. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail. Thorough understanding of insurance products, policies, and regulatory requirements. Highly organised and able to prioritise multiple tasks effectively. Passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and building long-term client relationships. Relevant insurance qualifications (e.g., Diploma of Insurance Broking) are highly desirable.
