You'll be part of the ANZ Partner Marketing team, a group that embodies creativity, collaboration, and core values, working closely with Consulting System Integrators, Digital Agencies, and Resellers.
This team drives high-value marketing strategies, executing engaging partner programs that foster growth, trust, inspiration, and success.
Job Summary: As the ANZ Partner Events & Communications Lead, you will play a critical role in orchestrating key partner events across the region, including annual Partner Kickoffs.
Your responsibilities will cover the full spectrum of event planning and execution, as well as managing regional communications with partners.
Key Responsibilities: Execute and manage key regional events and communications.
Coordinate all aspects of event logistics, from venue contracts to post-event analysis.
Manage to-partner communications, including email campaigns and content delivery.
Project manage significant annual events, such as the ANZ Partner of the Year Awards.
Deliver updates and reports to internal and external stakeholders, ensuring alignment with our brand's vision and goals.
Required Skills & Experience: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
At least 8 years in event and communications roles, ideally within a B2B, high-tech environment.
Proven track record of managing large-scale corporate events and communications.
Strong project management skills, attention to detail, and capability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Technical proficiency with CRM software, particularly Salesforce, and tools like Pardot and Google Suite.
Preferred Qualifications: Experience in the technology or software sectors.
Previous experience using Salesforce and working with partners.
Willingness to travel as required.
