Our predominant clientele include ages between 3-17 years old and conditions range from Speech Delay, Early Intervention, Autism Spectrum Disorder, ADHD, or rare genetic disorders. We also have a unique and close working relationship with the Geographe Education Support Centre, working closely with the school to achieve our kids and families goals.We are a small business, offering a highly flexible work model, that will support you to achieve the best for our clients without burning out, and offering you a highly competitive remuneration for your hard work. We do not have a dedicated clinic space at this stage, therefore sessions will be conducted at home or at schools.We will organise to meet regularly to support you, and enjoy a good coffee together! Full admin support will be provided for intake, organising appointments, and following up tasks. Creating a toolbox of assessments and resources will be supported and invested in. External mentoring will be provided on a regular basis as required, either subsidised through grants, or funded directly by us to ensure continued mentorship, quality of care, and professional development.Service Area:Bunbury, Busselton, Vasse, Dunsborough, Yallingup and Margaret RiverAbout the roleWe are looking for an experienced speech pathologist to step into an existing case list.
