Skills and Experience You’ll Bring:
* Experience in Banking and Finance: Knowledge of industry operations is preferred, particularly in business lending.
* Customer Service Excellence: Proven ability to understand customer needs and deliver superior service.
* High Attention to Detail: Strong verbal and numerical comprehension, with problem-solving skills to resolve queries efficiently.
* Technical Proficiency: Highly computer literate with experience in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and the ability to learn new systems quickly.
* Compliance and Legislation Awareness: Familiarity with regulatory requirements to ensure adherence in all processes.
* Physical Capability: Able to lift and scan document packets as required.
* Communication and Influence: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships across the business.
