About You Outstanding communication skills across both verbal and written disciplinesResults driven and solutions focussedCompetent in all Microsoft suites and ideally CRM experienceAttention to detail in all actions and communicationsMinimum 5 years experience in fast paced administration rolePrevious experience in an agency / internal recruitment or in a sales environment preferredIdeally have previous experience in hospitality environmentExperience in an immigration program a distinct advantageMust be currently based in Sydney with full work rightsAbout The Position Oversee all aspects of program administration Liaison with candidates, clients and Migration Lawyers Oversee all document collation for the set up of visa's and enquiries within the service levels set outDaily monitoring and responses across all social media channelsDeliver a first-class candidate and client experience at all timesWhat's On Offer?
