JOB DESCRIPTION Join us as an HR Advisor and help shape our people strategy with impactful HR responsibilities.
Your Role
We are seeking a highly driven individual for an initial 12 month contract providing maternity leave coverage. As an HR Generalist, you will partner with line manager to support HR functions across multiple locations and deliver various HR initiatives. This role will focus around Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, policy alignment, and HR administration.
Your Responsibilities
- Drive Talent Acquisition efforts across Australia, ensuring a seamless and exceptional candidate journey.
- Actively support all stages of the employee life cycle, fostering a positive and productive experience.
- Execute HR administration with precision, maintaining accurate records for Payroll and personnel files, and assist with tasks assigned by the HRBP and HR Director.
- Effectively manage employee performance and behaviour in alignment with company policies and procedures.
- Ensure company policies align with relevant legislation, with ongoing refinement of key HR processes.
- Lead and contribute to significant HR projects, playing a pivotal role in shaping our HR strategy.
