Your role at St John of God Health Care The Service Integration Manager will lead the establishment and delivery of mental health services for Veterans and first responders located in, Wagga Wagga, NSW. As the Service Integration Manager, you will lead a small clinical team including peer workers to deliver a suite of trauma recovery programs specifically for veterans and first responders. The Position Ensures that programs are developed, delivered and evaluated to best meet the needs of the community within the service regions. Develops and maintains strong partnerships that support and meet the needs of the local veteran and first responder community, timely access to services and collaboration with other agencies. Actively develop and promote workforce plans and strategies that enhance the attraction and retention of appropriately qualified caregivers. Supports all caregivers to meet their operational objectives. Develop a services structure and environment in which excellence in outcomes may be achieved. Ensure regular contact with services caregivers, with recognition of achievements both individually and by unit/service. Supports and leads the team to work with consumers, carers, significant others, local service providers and stakeholders to meet the needs of consumers and the community. Ensures that assessment, and care coordination are delivered in a timely, sensitive and consumer centered approach. We are seeking a highly skilled candidate with demonstrated senior leadership experience in the design and development of clinical and psychosocial programs. The ideal candidate will have a proven ability to develop and meet strategic and operational objectives, with a strong understanding of quality systems and accreditation processes. Successful applicants must have a tertiary qualification in mental health or related profession and registration with the relevant professional body, minimum 5 years’ experience in a senior role in a community or acute health service, and a valid NSW drivers licence.
