About the Role:
* Prepare and deliver high-quality meals.
* Enhance the dining experience for residents.
* Lead and manage the kitchen team to ensure smooth operations.
* Ensure compliance with food safety, WHS, and quality standards.
* Manage stock control and ordering.
* Optimize food costs.
* Maintain communication with facility management, residents, and families.
What We Are Looking For:
* Chef qualifications.
* Experience in Aged Care with knowledge of modified texture and dietary needs.
* Understanding of food cost management.
* A proactive approach to continuous improvement.
* Strong personal presentation and grooming skills.
