THE FIRM
We are recruiting on behalf of an elite global law firm that has more than 40 locations across the World. They opened their office in Melbourne approximately five years ago and are already over 100 strong. They continue to expand and have recently taken over another floor within their office building. THE ROLE
They are seeking a front of house professional to join them on a full time, temporary basis, with an initial commitment of 6 months. The working hours are 9am - 5.15pm, Monday to Friday. This position and suited to someone who is keen to take on the responsibility of all aspects to the role. Your key responsibilities will include (but not always limited to):
5. Meeting and greeting guests upon arrival;
6. Ensuring meeting rooms and reception area is kept clean and tidy;
7. Answer incoming calls and assist with general queries and information;
8. Actively monitor the firm's contact email inbox;
9. Couriers, mail and fax services; and
10. Ad hoc administrative and secretarial support.
ABOUT YOU
To be successful, you will have a proven customer service experience and have a positive, proactive attitude to work.
You will take pride in your presentation and possess a strong communication skill set.
You will have a proactive approach to your work with the ability to interact effectively with all levels and the ability to work independently.
