Job Description

* We expect you to greet guests with a warm and welcoming demeanor, assisting with valet parking and luggage upon arrival and departure.
* Familiarise yourself with our hotel facilities and services to assist with guest queries effectively.
* Maintain the cleanliness and organisation of the lobby and porte-cochère areas, including clearing debris and arranging seating.
* Provide information and recommendations on local attractions, restaurants, and activities to enhance the guest experience.
* Assist guests with transportation arrangements, including booking taxis, limousines, and airport transfers.
* Uphold the hotel's standards of excellence in customer service and professionalism at all times.
Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you will need:
* A passion for creating memorable guest experiences that exceed expectations.
* Previous experience in a customer service or hospitality role is preferred.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, along with a friendly and outgoing personality.
* A strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to your work.
* The flexibility to work various shift times, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
* A valid full driver's license.
