Your passion for change management will shine as you guide teams through a large-scale, sustainable transformation.
Drawing on your experience with Digital projects, you'll manage change initiatives across all phases of the project lifecycle to enable the people side of change implementation, minimising negative impacts, and achieving people readiness.
Your key responsibilities will include: Assess, scope and define the required change plan to ensure outcomes and expected change benefits is aligned to the overall shared objectives.
Determine change impacts through a robust assessment process Identify and manage the engagement of all stakeholders critical to the change success Manage change and business readiness planning and transition involving the design and development of a fit for purpose change management strategy Partner with Learning & Development team to support the design, delivery and coordination of training and education Work collaboratively with the internal communications team to design, deliver and develop communications to assist with the implementation of the Communication Strategy Champion the effective operation of change networks within the program delivery business groups About you You are an experienced Organisational Change Manager with a proven track record of driving impactful initiatives in complex integration or transformational digital projects.
While experience in Financial Services is a bonus, it's your energy, passion, and relentless drive for delivering results in a fast-paced, delivery-focused environment that will fuel your success.
Your exceptional communication skills foster strong collaboration across all levels—from senior executives to department heads and front-line employees—ensuring alignment and engagement at every step.
We also seek: Working knowledge of best practice change management models and awareness of underlying psychology and neuroscience models and concepts.
Demonstrated experience leading change programs that has incorporated cultural, organisational structure, policy, process, and technology changes.
Experience in end-to-end change management delivery which includes strategies to implement and embed change into BAU, including building capability to manage change.
Experience working in both Agile and waterfall delivery environments.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced delivery environment with regulatory dates to be achieved.
