With a global reach, the opportunities to develop and grow your career are broad and exciting.Reporting to the APAC Lead - Project Data Management and working in an exciting and collaborative team, within the companies Projects, you will:Manage complex stakeholder engagements to drive standard implementation of owners team data management requirementsManage project data through the project life cycle to ensure all data is safe and secured to hand over to operations at project completionEnsure compliance with the company's, external standards, and Document Management and Control guidance for major projectsProvide best practice knowledge in managing and processing document managementProvide a quality assurance function to the team in terms of accuracy and company standards in relation to document management and control processes and systems.Liaise with document controllers and other stakeholders to ensure consistent principles are applied with the proper classification and identification of information.Provide guidance, support and training to Project teams in all document management and control best practices in accordance with global major projects guidance.Engage with external stakeholders to ensure compliance to the company's processes and proceduresKey experience required for this role:A commitment to the safety of yourself and your teamSubstantial experience in a document control role working on large projectsExcellent collaboration skills dealing with stakeholders groups and team membersExperience in managing Document Control systems and processesAbility to excel in a fast-paced work environmentIt will also be beneficial if you have:Experience working at/supporting a remote project siteBroad understanding of project management tools and processesKnowledge of Document Management Project based software tools and systemsTo submit your application, please apply online using the appropriate link below.
