Corporate Planning and Performance SpecialistPosition DescriptionPD_Corporate-Planning-and-Performance-Specialist-12.11.2024.pdf(PDF, 287KB)Join our dynamic Governance TeamAs our new Corporate Planning and Performance Specialist, you will be pivotal in shaping the future of our Shire by developing and implementing comprehensive plans and strategies that guide our operations over the short, medium, and long term. You will work closely with the CEO and other managers to plan and monitor our service delivery and identify improvements. What You’ll Be Doing:Coordinate the preparation, delivery, monitoring, and reporting of Council’s strategy, planning, and reporting documentation in line with the NSW Integrated Planning & Reporting Framework. Develop and monitor key community and corporate performance measures. Engage with internal and external stakeholders to support the development and implementation of our Integrated Planning and Reporting plans and strategies. Finalise and operationalise our service planning and review framework, including establishing procedures and templates. Provide strategic advice on performance assessment and assist in service reviews and audits.What You’ll Need:A valid Australian driver’s licence. Demonstrated knowledge and experience with the NSW Local Government Integrated Planning & Reporting requirements or equivalent experience. Experience in developing and implementing service planning and review frameworks. Strong community engagement skills and experience in delivering corporate and community reporting. Why Join Us?
