Administration Assistant – Finance and Commercial $60,000 - $70,000 + super (dependent on exp)

About the Role: This role involves maintaining accurate customer and supplier master data, processing invoices, performing reconciliations, and supporting various finance-related tasks. Additionally, you will contribute to work order administration, manage the petty cash and general finance-related administrative functions.
Key Responsibilities: Monthly supplier statement reconciliations Maintaining customer and supplier master data Bank account and statement reconciliations Support the Accounts Payable function with invoice processing, when required Support the Payroll function with timesheet and payrun processing, when required Assist with expense claim submissions Process sales invoice requests Administer and maintain petty cash Work Order Administration Skills and Experience Required: Experience in administrative support ideally within a finance or commercial business department Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Strong attention to detail and accuracy Excellent organisational and time management skills Strong problem-solving skills and ability to investigate discrepancies Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team Good communication skills for liaising with internal and external stakeholders Certificate or Diploma in Administration, Accounting, or a related field Experience in an Accounts position Familiarity with ERP systems and Master Data management If you are a proactive and reliable individual with a passion for finance administration, we would love to hear from you!
