This Local Council is seeking an experienced Change Manager to work on a large ERP upgrade and implementation compliance, risk & strategy platform.
Your responsibilities will include:
4. Lead and manage the development and planning of business change management deliverables
5. Conduct impact analyses, assess change readiness and identify key stakeholders.
6. Assist the People and Culture team with anticipated organisational changes
7. Develop and deliver organisational change strategies and plans
8. Develop understanding of business process documents and other project related documents
9. Developer key stakeholder and communication plans
You will have:
10. Min 6 years of experience in Change Management
11. Experience working on IT projects and business transformation projects
12. Prior experience working on a ERP upgrade would be beneficial
13. Experience establishing comprehensive change plan and seeing through the implementation
14. Demonstrable experience in managing complex stakeholders
