You will proactively manage network operations, troubleshoot technical issues, and contribute to the continuous improvement of our systems, ensuring optimal performance across the organisation.This is an exciting opportunity for a tech-savvy problem solver who thrives in a collaborative environment and enjoys working with a diverse range of stakeholders.Key ResponsibilitiesManage and maintain BKI’s network infrastructure, including switches, routers, wireless networks (Cisco Meraki & DNAC), including layer 4-7 firewalls, IPSec and SSL VPNs (Palo Alto, Firepower or Fortinet)Ensure the security, stability, and efficiency of network environments, implementing best practices and proactive solutionsMaintain Cisco ISE environment, DMZ networks, firewall security policies, and micro segmentation of the networkProvide Level 3 support, resolving network-related incidents, service requests, and change management tasksLead infrastructure improvement initiatives, security initiatives, automation in network and contribute to strategic network planningPrepare technical documentation, network diagrams, and test reportsAbout You :You are a passionate and detail-oriented network professional, with the technical expertise to maintain and enhance complex IT infrastructure.
