In this role, you'll provide expert guidance on domestic and family violence policies, deliver exceptional customer service, and drive initiatives that ensure fair access to essential services.You will also support the Credit and Collections Manager in effectively managing customer accounts and ensuring payment arrangements are handled appropriately. This includes reviewing customer accounts daily, making informed decisions under pressure, and maintaining the smooth flow of the debt portfolio.Collaborating with business stakeholders, you'll lead awareness and training efforts to foster accountability and inclusivity. A key part of your role will be reviewing customer data and behaviours, identifying patterns, and providing solutions that benefit both the customer and the organisation.As part of our Revenue Assurance Team, you'll also play a pivotal role in enhancing efficiency and strengthening Unitywater's revenue and credit collections capabilities.About the team:You will be working within a key area of the business in the Revenue Assurance Team.
