About your new job
The responsibilities of the role will include but are not limited to :
* Monitor invoice inboxes and prepare invoices for processing
* Identify any discrepancies and fix problem invoices
* Reconciliation of accounts
* Prepare and issue outgoing invoices
* Banking and allocations
* Liaising with internal and external stakeholders regarding pricing and incorrect details
* Regular liaison with other branches
* Provide administrative support to the finance team and wider administration team when required
* Other general administrative tasks as required
About you
The ideal candidate will have :
* Previous exposure in accounts and administration
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* High level of accuracy and attention to detail
* Professional demeanour when engaging with internal / external stakeholders
* Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
* Knowledge of Microsoft packages
