About this position The City of Gosnells is seeking enthusiastic and motivated Casual Swim School Teachers to join the customer-focused Leisure World team. These roles offer the opportunity to teach swimming lessons in a supportive and professional environment while helping the community develop essential water safety skills.
You will assist in delivering a variety of swim programs, including school-aged, parent and child, lifesaving, CALD, and adult lessons (depending on qualifications). Applicants must be available to work weekends, morning or afternoon shifts as required.
What we are looking for To be successful, candidates must be able to demonstrate:
Experience in teaching swimmingAbility to develop and adapt lesson plans to meet student needsCapability to maintain student records and update proficienciesStrong teamwork skills in a collaborative and customer-focused environmentCurrent National Police Clearance (no less than three months)Working with Children CheckTeacher of Swimming & Water Safety CertificateTeacher of Infant & Preschool Aquatics, Access & Inclusion, Adults, Competitive Strokes, Aquatic Service Officer, Bronze MedallionExpressions of interest The City is seeking expressions of interest for various casual positions at Leisure World.
