As they continue to scale, they are now seeking a dynamic Program Manager to lead their national project delivery function.The OpportunityAs the Program Manager, you will take ownership of the national project delivery portfolio, leading and mentoring a team of five Project Managers. This is a high-impact leadership role where your ability to plan, execute, and lead with precision will shape the future of project success within the business.Key ResponsibilitiesLead, coach, and manage a high-performing team of Project Managers to deliver complex security projects across multiple locationsOversee end-to-end project governance, planning, scheduling, reporting, and executionEnsure all projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standardsProvide strategic leadership in forecasting project cash flow, cost control, and financial risk managementChampion change management initiatives across the project lifecycleDrive accountability and continuous improvement within the team by setting clear KPIs and expectationsMaintain strong stakeholder engagement – internal and external – to align business and project outcomesCollaborate cross-functionally with senior leaders, technical teams, and external partnersImplement and refine project systems and processes for consistency and scalabilityProactively identify risks and implement mitigation strategies with confidence and clarityAbout YouTo be successful in this role, you will bring:Proven leadership experience managing a team of Project Managers5+ years of experience delivering projects preferably within Electronic Security, Telecommunications, Electrical, Building Services or related technical fieldStrong commercial acumen with a deep understanding of project cash flow and cost forecastingHighly developed planning, organisational, and time management skillsExcellent decision-making skills with a sharp eye for detail and follow-upStrong change management capabilities and the ability to lead teams through evolving environmentsExceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, including the ability to influence at all levelsA proactive, engaging, and solutions-focused approachWhat’s on OfferAn excellent remuneration package is on offer to the successful applicant commensurate with experience, including a base salary of $150,000 - $160,000, plus Superannuation and Bonus.
