Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Private Wealth Investment Sales Professional to join our Sydney team. The successful candidate will focus on growing our assets under management (AUM) by building and nurturing relationships with financial advisors and private wealth clients. This role requires a deep understanding of investment products, strong sales acumen, and the ability to effectively communicate complex investment strategies.
Key Responsibilities
· Develop and implement sales strategies to increase AUM across multiple funds.
· Build and maintain strong relationships with financial advisors, private wealth managers, and high-net-worth clients.
· Present and promote our diverse range of investment products to potential clients.
· Conduct regular meetings, presentations, and events to engage with clients and prospects.
· Collaborate with internal teams, including portfolio management and marketing, to develop tailored investment solutions.
· Stay updated on market trends, competitor products, and industry developments to provide clients with relevant insights and recommendations.
· Achieve and exceed sales targets, ensuring the growth of our client base and AUM.
· Provide exceptional client service, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
Qualifications and Skills
· Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field.
· 3-8 years of experience in investment sales, preferably within private wealth management or a similar environment.
· Proven track record of successful sales performance and client relationship management.
· Strong understanding of multi-asset investment products and alternative investment strategies.
· Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
· Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
· High level of professionalism, integrity, and ethical standards.
· Proficiency in MS Office Suite and CRM software.
