We are involved in multiple projects across Australia and with this rapid growth we are opening up more roles within our team.The main contract is fast paced and changes from day to day, no two days are the same.Telecommunications Technical Officer Carries out specialised design and support functions in telecommunications engineering including optimisation and performance monitoring of telecommunications networks, diagnosis and repair of faults, and the selection and installation of equipment. Area of responsibilities:Plan and develop telecommunications network infrastructure Provide technical advice and monitor performance of telecommunications networks and equipment.Support ongoing operations by designing, optimising, troubleshooting, diagnosing, and repairing network performance issues.Assist in configuring and integrating telecommunications technology into management systems.Install, maintain, and diagnose issues in radio and electromagnetic communication systems, including wireless access points and optical fibres.Liaise with vendors, suppliers, and service providers while monitoring contractual obligations and performance. About You:Qualifications in telecommunications network engineering or a related field.2+ years of proven experience in telecommunications network design, installation, and maintenance.Previous experience in similar industry is preferred.Proficiency in network protocols, telecommunications equipment, and troubleshooting techniques.Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills to diagnose and resolve network issues.Excellent verbal and written communication skills for liaising with vendors and team members.Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively.Understanding of warehouse management systems and industrial automation technologies.Experience working in a team environment and collaborating with cross-functional teams.Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and systems.
