About the Role
We are seeking a Training Needs Analysis and Change Impact Assessment specialist to join our Capability team. This role involves conducting training needs analysis and referencing change impact assessments to identify learning audiences, their needs, assumptions, and dependencies in knowledge, skills, or behaviors required for effective knowledge transfer and change adoption.
Key Responsibilities:
* Conducting training needs analysis and referencing change impact assessments
* Identifying learning audiences, their needs, assumptions, and dependencies
* Recommending solutions and resourcing to deliver appropriate approaches for learning needs
* Designing, building, and delivering learning experiences and modules that effectively develop, assess, and embed necessary knowledge, skills, and behaviors
* Efficiently building system walkthroughs and simulations for system-related changes
* Working closely with the change manager to scope and design assessment methods and micro-learning tools
Requirements
* Solid understanding of training needs analysis, learning methodologies, and moments of learning needs
* Ability to choose the most effective learning and performance solutions
* Familiarity with Human-Centred Design approaches and experience in project and program management, as well as adult learning principles
* Extensive experience in scoping, designing, and building learning experiences across various mediums and technologies
* Intermediate to advanced skills in learning authoring, information design, and media tools
* Proficiency in tools like Articulate 360 (Storyline, Rise), Microsoft Office Suite, online video editing/animation tools, and digital classroom software
