Your new role
In this full-time position (Monday to Friday, 8 AM - 4 PM), you'll play a vital role in the day-to-day logistics operations. Key responsibilities include:
* Entering jobs and processing run sheets
* Communicating with clients and customers to ensure smooth operations
* Booking freight spots with Patrick
* Managing tasks in a fast-paced environment to ensure timely deliveries and customer satisfaction.
What you'll need to succeed
To excel in this role, you'll bring:
* Previous logistics experience and familiarity with freight tracking systems
* Basic to intermediate Excel skills
* The ability to work independently with a high attention to detail
* A proactive, urgent approach to tasks and a strong, alert mindset
* A strong personality with exceptional customer service skills
* A problem-solving mentality and flexibility with changing work hours when needed.
* Strong attention to detail and Interpersonal Communication Skills.
