6. Earn 70-80% commissions (with the rest going to covering recruitment costs i.e. Seek, LinkedIn Recruiter License, Admin, Marketing & more).
7. As ALRA buys the contracts for Seek, LinkedIn etc, costs to the individual recruiter are massively reduced.
8. Recruitment Partners get to run their own show as they want BUT are surrounded by a team of like-minded Recruiter to draw support from.
The best of both worlds. You get to be that entrepreneur you wanted to be, but remain fully supported by a team and a corporate body that handles all of the stuff you don’t want to do.

What do you need to have?
You really do need to be an experienced Recruiter for this model to really work for you. So we’re talking around 8+ years experience with a good desk you can bring with you.
