Redpath Partners are currently working with a global renowned brand who are reinventing their service, off the back of a very profitable year. Our client has an extremely unique offering and are looking for a Business Development Manager to be based in either Sydney or Melbourne. This position is pivotal in generating and presenting solutions to the renewable energy developers.
Reporting directly to the Head of Business Development, you will be required to identify opportunities for the business to work with Renewable Energy developers and build key stakeholder relationships that provide an opportunity for this contractor to deliver unique solutions.
Your experience should include the following:
* Business Development dealing with renewable energy developers’ main contact points
* Identifying Project pipelines of each developer
* Updating project opportunity overview and detailed features of each project
* Market Intelligence and timely update project information
* Accountability for targeted renewable energy projects
* Managing and maintaining relationships with major suppliers
* Renewable energy market intelligence
* Working collaboratively with other disciplines in the administration and operation of project pipeline
* Working closely with sales team
* Documentation for client’s request (e.g. pre-qualification etc)
To be an eligible applicant you will have the following:
* Tertiary qualifications in Engineering, Marketing, or Business
* 5 years' + proven experience as Business Development Manager in Renewables sector
* Advanced written and verbal communication skills
* Knowledge of Renewable Energy projects and the unique challenges and opportunities they present.
* Familiarity with relevant Australian Standards
* Proven ability in planning, multi-tasking and delivering quality outcomes to deadline within a high-pressure environment
