About the role: We’re looking for a National Account Manager to take ownership of our major big box retail accounts and drive new business growth. This newly created role is a key part of our next phase of expansion and reports directly to the CEO. You will manage and grow existing key accounts such as Big W, The Reject Shop, Best & Less, and other major retailers, while also identifying and chasing new big box opportunities to expand our market presence. This is a high-impact role where you’ll combine relationship management, commercial strategy, and a strong growth mindset to elevate our brand in large-scale retail environments. Key Responsibilities: • Build and maintain long-term partnerships with major big box retailers and other national accounts, unlocking current and future opportunities. • Develop and implement joint business plans with key accounts, identifying risks, forecasting sales, and seizing growth opportunities. • Proactively pursue new business opportunities, with a particular focus on the big box retail channel. • Analyze data, market trends, and sales performance, providing insights to optimize product delivery and drive revenue growth. • Lead high level negotiations with key clients to establish and nurture • Forecast, budget, and track account revenues and costs, ensuring trade spend is effectively managed for sustainable growth. • Plan and execute promotional sales strategies tailored to meet specific retailer needs and market trends.
