HOBAN Recruitment is looking for APS3 Level Participant Support Officers to join a State/Territory-based Service Delivery team responsible for participant engagement and managing participant plans and supports.
Role is located in Gosford NSW.
You'll be part of a team that directly contributes to accessible, consistent participant experiences.
In this role, you'll:
* Provide high-quality customer service as the initial point of contact for participants and stakeholders, both in person and over the phone.
* Support participants attending in-person appointments, ensuring a welcoming and efficient experience.
* Resolve straightforward enquiries, using provided resources and guidance.
* Manage team email inboxes, calendars, and appointment scheduling to meet deadlines.
* Process delegate tasks and provide administrative support, adhering to the relevant Act and operational guidelines.
* Coordinate internal meetings, take minutes, and maintain records and data.
* Assist with travel arrangements, invoice processing, and respond to property or maintenance requests.
* Work collaboratively in a supportive team environment, offering peer assistance where needed.
