Customer Insights Research Manager | 7 Month Contract | Up to $1,282.25/day inclusive of Super $850 - $1150/day + super 7 Month Contract Parramatta / Hybrid About the Role The purpose of this role is to strategically drive and prioritise program initiatives, ensuring alignment with internal and NSW Government objectives as well as stakeholder needs. This includes leading the design and execution of surveys to assess community preparedness levels and implementing targeted initiatives for disaster preparedness.Key accountabilities include: Lead the design, set up, and delivery of a significant, customised market research project, working with both internal and external stakeholders across NSW Government. Lead end-to-end delivery of the project – including advising the executive on the engagement of a quantitative market research provider, consulting stakeholders and running workshops to articulate outcomes required and define scope, overseeing research and questionnaire design, and overseeing the vendor's data analysis, insights development, and reporting to ensure it meets business needs. Lead the development of insights reports and presentations to internal and external stakeholders - leveraging a variety of data sets (including both the major survey that you will oversee and other relevant data) to tell a story, deliver clear insights and concrete recommendations. Apply best practice project management principles to ensure efficient and effective use of project resources to deliver within established timeframes. Oversee all aspects of the project - set deadlines, assign responsibilities, and monitor and summarise progress of project. About You 7+ years experience working in agency or client-side in a customer research or insights focused role. Experience in customised market research, attitudes and behaviour change research, programs, techniques, and tools. Strong experience in quantitative market research is essential, while experience in qualitative research is beneficial. IMPORTANT: Organisation and drive to manage significant market research projects end-to-end, including consulting on and defining scope, overseeing delivery, and ensuring decisions are made on time to keep the project on track.
