Previous Management experience in a similar environment with an strong attention to detail. The want to work with a professional team in an iconic Melbourne restaurant Friendly, professional people. Hospitality Dilpoma and a minimum 2 years in a similar role and environment for experience. WSET is desired but not essential. THE ROLESupervisor Responsible for service and sales. Delivering exceptional customer service when acting in the role of the restaurant's Supervisor. Maintaining the dining room to be an acceptable level at all times. Maintaining and exceeding guest expectations. Assisting the General Manager with daily and weekly restaurant operations. To capably lead FOH staff members during service. Implementing and managing a roster of up to 20 staff. Maintaining the Opening and Closing of the Restaurant.
