We are currently recruiting a Business Development Manager for SkinCeuticals, with a territory spanning from South Brisbane suburbs, Gold Coast and some parts of Northern NSW. This role will require strong relationship building skills and an ability to drive new business to maximise sales and customer satisfaction.
ABOUT THE JOB Work with the #1 medical dispensing skincare brand, SkinCeuticals, supporting local Doctors, Dermatologists, and Plastic Surgeons in delivering exceptional patient and client results through integrated skincare. Develop and maximise your territory through building strong business partnerships and driving the sell in of the retail and professional range. Achieve sales targets and KPI's aligned with the strategic goals of the business. Build your client portfolio with an established account base and huge development potential. Grow your region through discovering and prospecting new, high potential business partners that will drive brand equity and revenue. Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Become a culture creator in your region, working closely with all field team members in Victoria to achieve a harmonious and productive working environment. Work collaboratively with an In-Clinic Coach who will support you in delivering educational content and ongoing brand and product training to your clinics. Territory Covered – South Brisbane suburbs, Gold Coast and some parts of Northern NSW. ABOUT YOU You have a proven track record as a territory sales representative. You have a passion for skincare and the knack to cold call. You are a self-starter and thrive in a goal-oriented environment. You possess great relationship building skills.
