We are proudly owned and operated by the CORPS family, with unequalled capabilities in earthworks, roadworks, civil construction, sand delivery and cartage.The OpportunityWe are seeking a highly skilled and organised Plant & Asset Coordinator to join our team here in Karratha.The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating the efficient allocation, scheduling and resourcing of plant equipment to meet operational requirements.Working closely with Project and Workshop Teams, this role plays a critical part in ensuring that plant resources are deployed effectively across projects, minimising downtime and optimising utilisation while ensuring compliance with safety and maintenance standards.ResponsibilitiesCoordinate the allocation and scheduling of plant for various projectsMonitor utilisation and work with stakeholders to reallocate resources to maximise efficienciesCreate detailed schedules ensuring alignment with project timelinesAssist in ensuring all plant and equipment is serviced and compliant with requirementsAssist with maintaining accurate records of inspections, services and repairsUtilise asset management software to track plant usage and generate regular reports on performanceLiaise with suppliers and vendors to manage plant hire, procurement and delivery schedulesProvide additional administrative supportRequirements/SkillsProven experience in a similar role or scheduling fieldKnowledge of plant and equipment in the Civil Industry - preferredStrong problem-solving skillsProactive, adaptable and effective communication skillsWhat we can OfferCompetitive salary packageAccess to salary packaging, EAP Services and other discountsLearning and Development OpportunitiesApply Now!
