We are looking for a Business Development Manager based in our Mascot office to maintain and develop new business opportunities to improving revenue streams with Power Distribution Products and Solutions in New South Wales. The successful candidate will focus on Low Voltage and Medium Voltage switchgear and switchboard products and solutions. Key Duties: - Develop and manage an effective project pipeline (Project Sales) and ensuring that you regularly update the company's CRM package. - Provide solutions to customers based on their business needs and your specialized product/market knowledge. - Achieve profit plan (budget) through orders, sales, price, profitability, and growth within their territory. - Build and maintain relationships with the assigned customer base, being the conduit of information, including product updates, price movements, technical updates and required reporting in line with company requirements and guidelines. - Identify and qualify new customers and opportunities in the territory to achieve organizational growth targets. - Identify and influence specifications and procurement of key projects in line with the company's strategic objectives. - Provide training, presentation, and transfer of knowledge to customers on all Eaton offering.
