This pay rate is inclusive of mandatory 25% casual loading Seeking an experienced SAP Basis Administrator to manage the technical architecture and support for SAP ECC and SAP S/4HANA systems. Key duties and responsibilities The Opportunity This role offers an experienced SAP Basis Administrator the opportunity to support critical S/4HANA projects, including greenfield implementations and cloud-based line of business solutions. The successful candidate will be responsible for: Leading the administration of SAP Basis/NetWeaver in complex IT environments. Supporting the SAP platform, including SAP ECC 6.0 EhP7, SRM 7.04, BW 7.5, BO 4.2, PI 7.5, Fiori 2.0, Portal 7.4, MDM, TREX, GRC, OpenText, and Solution Manager 7. Managing and maintaining SAP systems on HANA and ASE databases within Linux operating systems. Performing system administration activities for SAP S/4HANA systems, SAP HANA, and SAP NetWeaver environments. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement and optimise SAP infrastructure, ensuring alignment with the strategic vision. The Ideal Candidate The ideal candidate will possess the following highly desirable skills and capabilities: Extensive experience in SAP Basis and NetWeaver administration within large, complex IT environments. This includes a strong focus on SAP S/4HANA and cloud deployment scenarios. Comprehensive expertise in supporting a wide range of SAP systems, including SAP ECC 6.0, SRM, BW, BO, PI, Fiori, Portal, MDM, TREX, GRC, OpenText, and Solution Manager. This experience ensures a well-rounded understanding of SAP landscapes. Proven expertise in managing SAP systems on HANA and ASE databases, particularly within Linux environments. They should have strong skills in database maintenance, backup, and recovery. Technical skills Additional desirable skills and capabilities include: Public sector experience and working within multicultural team environments. Familiarity with the Department of Finance's baseline SAP ECC6 environment. Relevant SAP certifications. Ability to transfer knowledge to APS personnel. Like to know more?
