Our Children, Youth & Family Services (CYF) team is dedicated to empowering children, young people, and their families through trauma-informed, strengths-based, and culturally responsive practices.We operate under the Sanctuary Model of Care, fostering healing, resilience, and positive outcomes for families facing challenges.About the RoleAs a Family Support Practitioner, you will play a critical role in providing outreach and in-home support to families, helping them build capacity, resilience, and stability.
