About Us
Construction is now well underway for our new Moorebank RDC (MoRDC). Located in Moorebank NSW, MoRDC is the latest distribution centre being added to the Primary Connect Network. The 84,000 sqm facility will strengthen Primary Connect’s NSW supply chain and service more than 350 Woolworths Supermarkets, with over 9,000 product lines. We will be partnering with Vanderlande, who are a market-leading, global partner for process automation in the warehousing industry.
We are now seeking an experienced professional to join us as Head of Operations for this new distribution centre who is passionate about safety, supply chain excellence, and building high-performing teams.
What you’ll do
4. Support the automation system strategy and with the Warehouse Control System
5. Support testing and verification of this software in both production environment (On-Site) and “Sandbox” Environment
6. Verify the functionality and capacity of the system, in line with design specifications
7. Provide support and training to other Team members to ensure that they are able to work effectively
8. Ensure correct operation of interfaces between Low Level controls, and the High Level Controls.
9. Participate in the defect triage process for Software functionality
10. Supports Site test lead for support of High Level Controls (WCS) software functionality
What you’ll bring:
11. Previous exposure to Automated Material handling systems
12. Experience as a logistics analyst or similar
13. Exposure to Warehouse control system software
14. Strong analytical skills with sound attention to detail
15. Previous experience in testing environments prefered
