About Our Client
Our client is a well-established, large organisation in the not-for-profit sector. They are based in Collingwood and have a significant impact on the local community, through the provision of crucial health services. Committed to improving community health and wellbeing, they are now seeking a Senior HR Advisor to join their dedicated team, in a newly created role. This position will offer one day work from home post the onboarding process.
Job Description
o Provide comprehensive HR advice and support to the team and wider organisation.
o Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
o Assist in the recruitment process for all levels of roles.
o Manage employee relations issues and promote a positive organisational culture.
o Ensure compliance with all relevant employment legislation and industry standards.
o Support performance management processes, and assist with training and development initiatives.
o Contribute to team meetings and professional development opportunities.
o Carry out any other duties as required, in line with the role of a Senior HR Advisor.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Senior HR Advisor will be able to demonstrate:
o Previous experience in a Senior HR Advisor or HR advisor related role.
o Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
o High level problem-solving skills.
o High level of EQ.
o Experience in managing a range of HR functions including recruitment, employee relations, and performance management.
