Job Description
You will handle Registered Liquidators renewals, suspensions, and cancellations, respond to queries, and analyse insolvency-related data to identify issues and insights.
This role includes risk-based supervision, such as surveillance and monitoring, to ensure legal adherence and better outcomes for stakeholders affected by insolvency.
You will also participate in thematic reviews, provide high-quality advice, and prepare clear written communication materials.
Engaging with internal and external stakeholders to promote industry best practices and collaborating with other ASIC teams will be essential parts of your role.
About You
To excel in this role, you need a relevant tertiary qualification in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, Data Analysis, or Law.
A relevant tertiary qualification in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, Data Analysis, or Law is required, while professional accounting qualifications or experience in a regulatory environment are desirable but not essential.
